Whether you're hosting a children’s birthday party, graduation celebration, office picnic, charity run, or your next soccer league, NTC Park is ready to welcome you.

📝 Event Permits:

Planning something special? A permit may be required.

Permits are issued by appointment only through the Cabrillo Recreation Center (just 1 mile west of NTC Park).

Steps to Apply:

1. Create a profile on SDRecConnect.com.

2. Contact the Center Director at Cabrillo Rec Center with:

   • 📍 Area of the park you'd like to reserve (view map).

   • 🎉 Type of event (e.g., birthday party with bounce house, company picnic, soccer match).

   • 👥 Estimated attendance.

   • 🗓️ Desired date & time, including setup/cleanup.

   • 🛠️ List of service providers (e.g., bounce houses, catering, canopies).

     • Note: Most providers must submit proof of insurance naming the City of San Diego as an additional insured party.

 

📌 General Park Rules:

To keep NTC Park clean, safe, and enjoyable for all:

• 🚭 No smoking

• 🎈 No balloons

• 🍾 No glass containers

• 🛍️ No merchandise sales

• ⛔ No staking on turf or attaching anything to trees

• 🚗 No motor vehicles on turf or sidewalks
